Daily Rates

South Africa

Daily Rates Include:

  • Services of licensed professional hunter, tracker, skinner, hunting vehicle and lodge staff
  • Comfortable luxurious accommodation within the hunting area during your stay
  • All meals, local soft drinks, coffee and tea during your stay
  • All local alcohol in moderation
  • Daily laundry services
  • Field preparation of trophies and delivery to taxidermist
  • Government license and permit fees
  • Transportation from and to Kimberley International Airport
  • 15% VAT (excluding trophy fees)

Daily Rates Exclude:

  • International and domestic air travel
  • Chartered and commercial flights to, from or between hunting areas
  • Trophy fees of animals bagged, wounded or lost
  • Accommodation before or after the safari
  • Taxidermist fees, dipping, packing, insurance and transport to place of destination
  • Gratuities to staff and professional hunters
  • 15% VAT applicable on trophy fees
  • Commission on all card transactions is excluded
  • Transportation from and to airports (except Kimberley)

Please Note:

  •  50% deposit of the quoted amount is required in order to secure your booking
  • Hunting packages can be customized by adding additional animals to hunt at the rate reflected on this price list
  • Additional hunters or observers can also be added to any package at the rates reflected on this price list

Zimbabwe

Daily Rates Include:

  • The service of a licenced Zimbabwean professional hunter
  • Road transfers from Victoria Falls
  • Vehicle, dedicated trackers, skinners and trained camp staff
  • Full board and lodging
  • All meals, soft drinks, bottled water and alcoholic beverages
  • Daily laundry
  • Field preparation of trophies, salting and tagging
  • Delivery of trophies to the taxidermy/ shipping agent

Daily Rates Exclude:

  • Trophy fees for animals harvested, wounded or lost
  • Dipping and packing of trophies
  • Freight agents charges and shipping of trophies
  • Euro 270 cites tag for elephant and leopard (Euro 6800 will be added for leopard hunt with dogs)
  • 2% ZTA tax on daily rates
  • 4% national parks tax on trophy fees
  • Gratuities are at the clients discretion
  • Ranger to accompany leopard and elephant hunts Euro 90/day
  • Accommodation before and after the safari
  • Any government taxes/ VAT that may be imposed
  • Any changes to government trophy fee

Please Note:

  • Due to strict quota regulations please ensure all preferred species are available at time of booking
  • Trophy fees payable only if shot or wounded
  • Whilst we endeavor to keep our prices fixed for the season, they may change without notice
  • Payments we require 50% of booking estimate to confirm hunt. Balance due 90 days prior to the arrival date. Trophy fees and other miscellaneous expenses not included in your estimate will need to be settled on completion of your safari so that we can comply with the national parks authorities requirement that all monies are banked and essential paperwork lodged with them within 14 days of the completion of your safari, this ultimately circumvents any delays in the shipping of your trophies.
  • Cancellation policy in the event of the cancellation of the hunt by the client, any deposit held will not be refunded under any circumstances. Dates however can be changed by mutual consent for the same year. In the event of a cancellation of the hunt by Nahla Safaris, all efforts will be made to reschedule the hunt for the convenience of the client. Failing that, all monies will be refunded.
  • Indemnity the hunting industry is a dangerous sport and as such all clients must comply with instructions given by the professional hunter to him/her or any member of the group whether a paying guest or not. Nahla Safaris accepts no liability for any injury, accident or loss received/ sustained by him/her and neither will be responsible for any expenses arising from the above! Clients are advised to take out the necessary insurance to cover the possibility of any accident or loss! Nahla Safaris have no connections to the charter companies that transport our guests and shall not be held liable for any delay or loss of hunting days due to the luggage or weapons being delayed or lost en route! We are also not responsible for delays due to bad weather!
